WotLK Looking for rotation/priority indicator addon

A few years ago I had a Marksman Hunter addon that would track your cooldowns and show you which skill has the most priority right now. Does anybody know what the addon is called or if there is something similar for 3.3.5?

you can make an easy weakaura that shows you chimera > aimed > steady priority in terms of whichever has the less cooldown timer.
