WotLK Paladin Greater Blessing of Sanctuary bugged

This has been happening for a week or two - cannot cast GBOSanc in a sanctuary area after death in battlegrounds, Wintergrasp included. I believe it deducts a reagent, but the buff is not there. Once you move a few feet away, it seems to work - but it should work immediately upon resurrection.

It probably happens because while you are in a sanctuary, your spells can't affect players who are not in a sanctuary. And since your GBoS tries to affect both, it probably fails.

you can't cast any shout as a warrior either, and as far as I can tell you can stay at the same spot and just wait a few seconds and then it works.
