Netherwing Drake

Guys, good morning
Im completed the chain quest of netherwing and getting exalted in netherwing,
im already have maximum mount lv (5k gold)
Why the faction continue red for me, im cannot buy the drake in shatrath and in netherwing place.
Can anyone help me ?

Go to your reputations tab (by default U) click the faction and see if you have it "at war", click it if there are crossed swrods in the selection box. Should remove the at war status and able to talk to the NPC's.

I'm stucked too, At war is disabled, and Mordenai, when you rescue the chained drake, must give you another quest, a quest that desguised you as an orc.
