WotLK My ip has been banned for literally no reason

so i went to log in to collect my points on the site 2 days ago and it said my ip had been perma banned but to start off its not even my ip and it belongs to no one i know it says it was banned for advertising which is weird cause ive been playing on this server for 4 years and never once have i advertised for anything so i just dont see how this is possible id really like this to get fixed because its total bullcrap i even donate like once every few months i mean come on warmane fix this please you could look through my account info or whatever and see that ive never done anything wrong or any sort of advertising so if you dont mind fix this asap
