Technical Game keeps on freezing

My game keeps on freezing about 5-15 seconds after I load into the game. I can't seem to find a fix anywhere, can somebody help?

This only seems to be happening in the northern parts of the Howling Fjord

Do you mean stuttering like fps drops for a couple of seconds, because that happens to me everywhere I go.

1. Disable addons.
If fixed:
1.1 Find the addon that causes the freeze by enabling them one by one, try any quest helper you have and recount 1st.
If no change:
1.2 Re-enable addons.
2. Get Large Address Aware and use it on your WoW client.
3. Try old client if you're using WoD models.
4. Repeat step 2.

I've got the same problem, fps just drop from 180 to 5-10 and it fixes itself after few seconds. It's very annoying and started to happen since i went to northrend. I've already tried disabling addons and i've even changed client to old one. Didn't get any better.

In my experience it happens in many places of Northrend. Freezes every now and then. Pretty sure it's a server-side problem.
