Forum Quest Resupplying the Excavation

i need help to complet quest Resupplying the Excavation. this quest start in npc Jern Hornhelm and finish in npc Huldar. objetives: speak with huldar. Huldar starts other quest after completing Resupplying the Excavation.

- i cant complet this quest i think this is a bug. i talk with huldar but he doesnt let me complet quest. i already abandoned quest to try to fix but nothing happened. he should have a yellow "?" but he always have a grey "?" . please help me.

google say that the next quest had a bug in the next quest because a npc was not there but, this is diferent. this is npc huldar...
