Burning Crusade Stuck as a ghost

My character is stuck as a ghost. The spirit healer is nowhere to be found, my body is gone, and the auto-unstuck option didn't do anything. Is there anything i can do?

Edit: Fixed the issue. Logging out didn't fix it, but after exiting the game and restarting, i was able to use the spirit healer.
