stuck at Connecting

I'm new here and trying to figure out how to connect. I have everything downloaded and have an account created but when i type in my username and password on the wrath client it just says Connectiong

Firewall / anti-virus not blocking it?

all my firewalls and anti virus are turned off. I can log on retail but i'm just stuck at unable to connect. Try again later
