Please help me with a bug in the dungeon

Hi, I have a big problem, I couldn't loot the boss for the quest item but all others could, my character just froze in looting crouch position without the loot menu. It was the last boss of Shattered Halls, after I gathered a group finally in days of search. I tried relogging but it got me out of the dungeon and I lost the corpse of the boss. Hope you can put the quest item in my bag so I dind't grind for nothing.

Item ID should be 23723, hope I can save days of time with your help.

P.S. As much as I enjoy dungeoning, people fight over the most basic plans and tactics, and leave after one single wipe (like they're too good to ever lose) so I would really prefer to just jump into PvP with my reputation gear instead of tolerate their arrogance.
