    Can you report someone who doesn't help his team in bgs?

    Let's say there is a guy in your team who is just running around, standing in one place, or even helping enemy team to win. Can you report him? I don't see any reason why could that guy be banned, but it seems like almost everything on warmane falls into the "disrupting gameplay" category(even things allowed on retail, thanks to crybabies), so I was wondering.
