Item Purchase for coins

Hey guys, i want to ask if an item purchase for coins will become soulbound when i get it from the mailbox or i should be able to send it to another char?

Items that are marked "Binds on pickup" will bind to your character as soon as you retrieve them from the mail and cannot be mailed to other characters.

Items that are marked "Binds on equip" can be mailed to other characters as long as you don't equip them when you receive them.
