Dear guys, rly need help. two bad problems. 1 I mis-clicked a cloth by Scroll of deception, i cant use it coz i am a war. 2 i bought 2 scrolls of purification, well i only needed 1 actually, mis-clicked again. Is there any way to get the refound or cancel the wrong deception scroll i used?

for the first problem there is no support

for the second problem you can open a ticket on website to get Coins back:
https://www.warmane.com/account > support > create ticket (general enquiry or item misbuy)

For the extra scroll you didn't mean to buy, you can open a Support ticket in your My Account page, using the misbuy option to get it removed and the coins refunded. You have to open the ticket within 24 hours of acquiring it. About the wrong use of the Deception one I'm not sure. I suppose you could ask along with the misbuy request if anything can be done.
