According to a comment on Wowhead:

If you deleted your Ashen Band, Ormus the Penitent will restore it for you for free. Simply choose "I appear to have lost my ring" after interacting with the NPC.

If that doesn't work, then an in-game ticket is your only choice of getting the ring back.
