WotLK iLVL 188 still can't queue heroic dungeons

What are the exact requires to queue for Heroic Dungeons in WotLK?

I'm currently ilvl 188 and not getting in.

From what I've been told you need an average of 180ilvl for most Hc dungeons 200 for Fos, Pos and Toc and 219 for Hor.

Which is exactly what it's meant to be as I understand it to.

My point being I exceed the 180 ilvl already and can't enter any of the heroics.

Do you have Heirlooms or a gearslot that doesnt have anything equipped? Since rdf takes your average itemlvl if you have heirlooms or slots without gear in that's gonna make it hard to join hc dungeons.

Yeah from what I see you should be able to join hc someone else might know more about how RDF works and what you should do

So I did two days of pvp to getting a 245 battlemaster trinket - eh, somewhat helpful for pve I guess - heroic dungeons are unlocked.

It seems like it's set at 190 ilvl.

Which I guess makes sense for emblem farming heroics, but having to get 190 to run dungeons dropping 200 seems a bit naff lol.
