WotLK Bug with the quest Battered hilt

hey i have a probleme with the quest of battlered hilt, at suitable disguise, the pnj disappear and i cant continue... can you help me out, cause i just spend 12k gold for this....

If you are having problems with it, you can abandon the quest and take it again.

abandoning quest didnt work. lot of gold wasted

Re-take the quest, wait for re-spawn/server restart.
