How many time can i go for raid?

Today i was at TOC 25 und VOA 25. How many times can i repeat TOC and VOA per day or per week?

Every instance has one week cooldown. You can check that for every instance you did, you'll see what's the remaining cooldown. To do that, ingame press O, then click Raid Info. You'll see the raid that you did, and the remaining cooldown. Dungeons on normal can be repeated 5 times / hour, dungeons on HC have 1 day cooldown. Any other raids go into 7 days cooldown.
