WotLK Can`t see some of the NPC`s in Dalaran nor the Sons of Hodir vendor !

As in the title , I can`t see them , I seem to be phased out or something , I have bought from the Sons of Hodir vendor before , I have completed the whole questchain so that`s not the problem , I tried submiting a ticket but no luck so far , do any of you have ideeas of what I could do? Also I can`t see some of the party members either .

So far I have died , took a flight , unstuck , been summoned and nothing has worked so far , I`m open to suggestions :D

To see the Sons of Hodir quartermaster you must thave the quest Forging an Alliance on your quest log, do not complete it. Just by having it you will be able to see them, if you don't have the quest, go to Thorim and check if he can give it to you.
