After donating I received an error saying that the transaction could not be completed. However, the amount was taken from my bank account and no coins were added to my account.
Are any others experiencing this issue? How would I put in a ticket to address this issue?
If it said that the transaction was not completed, the money should be automatically returned to you in a few days.
If you still want to donate, you have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
