    My account was stolen and is now IP banned????

    Hello all,

    My account got banned for gold theft apparently. I haven't playied in this server for a while because I was playing in retail for around 2-3 years...
    Now, coming back i can see my account being banned for gold theft and IP banned for an IP which I see for the first time...

    Could you please un-ban my account.

    You will need to make a ban appeal, via ticket on on our website. Should you have no access to it, send an email to support at [email protected] asking for the IP ban to be lifted so you can properly appeal the ban. Using banned VPNs, will get you banned again. Make sure to set a two-step authenticator to avoid being stolen again as well.
