How long does a ban Repeal take?

So i used to play on this service alot. But recently after trying to come back i noticed my account Email and password were changed. Someone had also added two factor authentication. So I reclaim the accout change password and email and got the two factor removed. The issue here for me is the account was banned for botting while ive been gone. Its been 4 days and still no reply from the ban appeal. How long does it take?
