One of my characters is disconnecting

So, that's it. Yesterday I was playing with my warlock (Cansadots-Lordaeron) and suddenly it freezed and disconnected.
I tried to log in, happened again. I tried to unstuck the character, still happened.
After all this, I've reported in-game but still without any answer.
Pls help.
Sorry for any mistakes, english isn't my native language.

So, I've tried to log in again today, as I could see my character was teleported to Undercity, but the problem still remains.
I log in and the game just freeze and I get disconnected. Pls helppp, I'm now completing 2 days since I can't play with this character.

So I've recieved a message from a GM saying the problem was solved. I've marked the message as read, then I tried to log in and all that **** happened again. Pls helppp and thanks for responding me.
