[ANSWERED] I bought and item on the different toon :s

Hello, i recently bought Archus, Greatstaff of Antonidas heroic version, for 23 coins on the icecrown server.
But instead of selecting my druid called Ckheal, it was send to Tarline my hunter.
Like instead of the selecting the right character i did not look it trough....
Is there any way this staff could be send from my hunter to my druid, or take the staff from my hunter ( still in the mailbox, did not open the mail )
And refund the 23 coins?
Or is there anything else i could do, i did send a Help request ingame, but if there is anything i should do, please let me know.

You may open a misbuy ticket at the website, if the item was purchased within the last 24 hours.
After it's refunded you can buy it again.
