Stuck in the same position in queue for a long time

So I logged into Icecrown about an hour ago, and once I reached position in queue 11, it's just not moved down, see https://i.imgur.com/eYyegb8.jpg

Pretty certain this shouldn't be happening, tried quitting the game and restarting but it's not done anything. Any suggestions

edit: finally the queue moved and just got in around 12:57 GMT+1

It's like banks with special queue for business users. When someone with higher priority gets in, you just get stopped in line where you stood and you gotta wait for them to finish.

With those special users here being the premium accounts.
