Pandaria i download mist of pandara off ur site and it wont let me play

so when i go to play wow mist of pandara after downloading it wont let me and it says

"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

please tell me how to fix

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

First of, move your WoW folder from the Downloads if you haven't already. Once you do that, right click your WoW folder and select Properties. Down at the bottom look for a part where it says "Read only" and uncheck this box. Once you hit Apply, also hit "Apply for all files and folders". Clear your cache and WTF folders and you should be fine.
