Disregarded Tickets

As a faithful player for years. It is very hurtful to see my tickets getting ignored for 3 days in a row.
Could you please take your sweet time to look at the peoples problems?

sometimes you have to wait longer :) its normal for warmane, busy population

I never had my tickets ignored, even if its something most would find trivial, the gm's would close it, if its unattended it just means they haven't had the time to read it, right now there's a high ammount of tickets for bann reports which unavoidably takes a long time to solve.
