Can i play wotlk in mists of pandaria

i am a new player on this server so i was wondering can u like play wotlk and cata in mists of pandaria. maybe it like that wow thing that u get every last expansion that has came out before the one ur currently playing. So, if i donwload mists, can i still play cata and wotlk?

I got hella confused reading this but I got what you are asking and no you have to download each xpac separately.
