Frenzyheart/Oracle swap in Sholazar Basin

So, I don't really know where to post this, or whether somebody has pointed this out recently - since this issue has persisted for years now yet it is still marked as a fixed bug on the bug tracker and tickets to GMs won't be of any assistance whatsoever.

I'm 1 quest away from achieving the Loremaster title for a very long time now, and it just happens to be on the Frenzyheart side where I have overlooked some quests and cannot swap back to that said faction, no matter how many times I kill Artruis the Heartless and pick my side. I cannot even speak to the NPC I saved! I have completed the quest chain with the Oracles and have no more available quests to do besides their dailies. Has anyone managed to swap factions between the Frenzyheart and Oracles? I'm talking about swapping from being exalted with one faction, to the other and not about picking up a faction for the very first time.

Any help would be appreciated, and apologies for possibly posting in the wrong forum but I can't find any help concerning this issue.

Yeah I did it and it did work for some time, they did fix it, but it broke again =/
That's probably why the Bugtracker shows as fixed.

didn't get anything useful and every ticket i sent in-game or from website was replied with "Report it in bugtracker" and with it being labeled as Fixed nothing really happened
