Burning Crusade Accidental Master Loot

Just as we downed 5th boss in Zul'Aman, we get "Executioneer" enchant recipe dropped.
The master loot was given to Sagu because I as an enchanter couldn't pick it up myself.
Wolfert made a roll, and so did I.
He won the roll, then said he didn't have enchanting (said over voice com).
He said it two times, then Sagu gives the item to Wolfert anyway, thinking he had won the item.
I was the only enchanter in the group, Wolfert didn't have enchanting.
He still has the item in his bag.
Can this recipe be transferred?

I can confirm this has happened. I was trolling a bit, and apparently he took it for serious.
Please do not ban me or Sagu for ninja but instead remove the item from my inventory and give it to Ando on Outland (Warmane).
I still have it in my current inventory.
