I don't see why not make a fresh server for either TBC or WOTLK. People obviously like Warmane's work. Any ideas on a new project to expand Warmane? It doesn't have to be your average fresh server, it could progress a lot quicker then you could easily bring back in the shop. This server has multiple successful servers, I know they could find a way to make a new server that could progressively work well with the already succesful servers :)

The fact that Warmane has resisted the calls (by a small minority) for "fresh" is a big reason why it has such a dominant presence in the WOTLK scene.

A player knows that, if he makes a toon on Warmane, it's as close to "permanent" as you can get in the private server scene.

There was a well-known x7 WOTLK server that made a fresh realm this past year which totally killed their x7 realm. And once the fresh kiddies got their fresh fix, they left the fresh server as well. That WOTLK server no longer exists, in any capacity. Go ask them how good an idea it was to put a lot of work into a fresh realm.
