WotLK Mp5 vs Spirit?

Hello. So im a disco priest level 77 atm and im wonder what geartype i should go for Mp5 or Spirit?

Now from what i found out from reading Mp5 give u better reg while casting, and Spirit gives better reg out of combat?

In other world im guessing
MP5 = FOR PVP
SPIRIT = FOR PVE?

Im i right or what should i go for guys?

Which stat is better depends on your gear and buffs. For Discipline, Intellect is also considered an important regen stat, and it will be the most powerful one for a fresh 80. Once you get a decent amount of intellect and start to focus on other regen stats, generally mp5 will be better than spirit up until about ICC gear levels, but that doesn't mean you should avoid spirit either.
