Technical IP banned when using a VPN service, (for something I haven't done.)

Ive been IP banned by using my VPN service and can no longer user the the store/trade or use points etc, is this possible to undo? The reason for the ban is advertisement, Ive used a vpn and cant really control what the IPs that my vpn connects to have been using it for prior to me using it, so it seems rather unfair I should be IP banned and unable to use warmane perks etc. I can't use the support option on my account either so it's impossible to ask there.

Can this ban be lifted or am I ****ed? :(

i couldnt create support tickets DUE to the ban that i use because of my VPN...
