Wow is old and uses 2 GB of RAM, you can have 10000 TB of ram, it wont matter.
There is software that increases that to 3GB so ctd's will be very rare. I'm sure you can find it.

Most likely it is caused by WoD models
you can use this software https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...-aware.112556/ to allow wow.exe to use 3 GB of RAM instead of 2 GB
OR you can delete WoD models:
1. Open WoW folder
2. Open the Data folder.
3. Delete the patch-w.mpq file.
4. Delete the patch-x.mpq file
5. Open the enUS folder.
6. Delete the patch-enUS-w.mpq file.
7. Delete the patch-enUS-x.mpq file

i only have 4 GB ram on my laptop tho, however it has never crashed like this before cause of insufficient memory, but now after a few mins it always crashes similar with the mentioned issue above, do i really have to get more ram for my laptop or is there another way to resolve this?
