Questions regarding gold/stuff during levelling

Hey guys,

I'm new on Outland and I have two simple questions. I just began playing but I wonder how gold and gearing during levelling will work. Since the levelling speed is very high, I'm afraid I wont be able to obtain enough stuff to efficiently kill ennemies and to gain enough gold for daily expenses (mainly buying new skills).
Am I mistaken ? Is the levelling experience balanced from a gold/stuff point of view ?

The costs for class skills are reduced to 1/5th as far as I know. But you'll still lack gold while leveling.
