Discount Code i get from new year is fake.

Hello guys, I have problem with my discount code. Before i purchase Apocalypse's Advance i puted my discount code, and it told me it will cost me 14 coins, but instead 14 it charge me 23? how is that possible, is there i can do? I also make a misbuy ticket and waiting for response. Please if you had problem like me, tell me how you solve it. Does warmane give your full 23 coins back? or ?

Looks like a bug more than a "fake" code. A "fake" code wouldn't be accepted at all.

Can warmane fix this problem? I mean with 2 discount codes which I have I would buy 2 items instead 1.(also my code from new year 2019 is same discount) this one I used now is from 2018.
