WotLK settings wont save

Wotlk settings wont save, settings such as resolution settings or even remember account when loggin wont save. I have to watch cinematic and scroll down ToS every time i launch. Currently running Wotlk with wod models, any idea why this happens?

found the solution. ill post it so people with similar problems can solve this.
go to your directory usually called wrath of the lich king 3.3a, right click and in general untick read-only. hit apply

Run the wow.exe as administrator
