It is. Make sure you are entering your Warmane account name and password. Do NOT use your email, even though the login screen suggests it. The authenticator field appears when the client recognizes that you regularly login while using an authenticator code and isn't mandatory to login unless our authenticator system asks you to provide the code we send to your email. If the authenticator is annoying, you may turn it off on the website, but keep in mind you won't be able to use some of the website features if you do.
