1. Payment/Donation was taken, but no coins were given.

    I attempted to make a donation the other day, but it was declined. I was sad about that but I knew it wasn't a big issue. Well this morning when I got up from work and looked at my bank account I am showing a deduction from you guys on my account for the amount that I attempted to spend, but I still do not have any coins in return. Can we refund me my money or get me my coins?

  2. If it said that the transaction was not completed, the money should be automatically returned to you in a few days.

    If you still want to donate, you have 2 options:
    1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
    2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
