saying that you don't offer something to get coins or chars back that where deleted due to what ever reason even if its due to inactivity real money was spent on them they had no right to be deleted you could have moved them to different sever.
i lost over 1000 coin of course i will be really pissed of.
i am sorry but telling my that you dont offer that option anymore is theft and unfair to ppl who supported molten/Warmane and its not one i will take . i spent a lot of money and this is considered theft.
even tho inactive you cant go and just delete charters that ppl spent money on.
i am not asking for the whole sum of my coins back because that would over 1000 coins..

so actually get back to me so we can have a proper convo and sort something out.

If your characters were lost due to inactivity and are not available for restoration there is little we can do.
