WotLK I cant Shot whit my new Crossbown

I just donate for a crossbown of lvl 80 and now im lvl 80 , i equiped this bown on my character but i cant shot nothing, sorry for my english, im peruvian i dont know what to do! please help!

Doné y me comrpe una ballesta de Gladiador Odioso, me pedía nivel 80 para usarla y aprender a usar ballesta, soy un cazador y a nivel 60 aprende a usar ballesta y usaba una ballesta cualquiera dropeada de moustros, al llegar a nivel 80 me equipé con este item que compre en donación y sencillamente no puedo disparar nada, todos mis poderes me salen en ROJO y simplemente no dispara nada, espero alguna ayuda porfavor, gracias.

You got arrows for it? Guns use bullets, crossbows use arrows.

Close your client, remove the Cache folder, then open your client again.

What is the error message you get?

You can equip it, put arrows on it, but it won't shoot at all?

Exactly , i hace the crosbown mastery and i have arrows and everything and just dont shot , i dont know that to do

You have the arrows equipped though? In the little slot next to the crossbow?

Can u post a screenshot showing your equipment while trying to shoot? You can block your character name if you wish to.

Try disabling the addons you have and see if it works
