[ANSWERED]Stuck in the wrong phasing with The Sons of Hodir

Hi,

I have an issue with the Sons of Hodir reputation vendor. I completed the chain quest required to get exalted and to be able to buy from the vendor and I am UNABLE to talk with the sons of hodir NPC's, even though I was able to, a few weeks ago:

When I am at the sons of hodir site, I see the npc's frozen in ice, so I think I'm somehow, back at the part where I have to save the npc's with the flying proto-drake.

The issue is that I no longer am able to do the quest where I have to save the npc's with the flying proto-drake, because the quest giver will not give me the quest again. I already did it the first time: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=iee82w&s=9#.XQ63SOgzZhE

TLDR: I can't buy shoulder enchant from sons of hodir because I am stuck at the wrong phasing.
