Technical Lost account

Greetings! I used to have an account with contributor status post-Molten going down, but I had quit the game during the last year or two, feeling safe with the contributor status. However, now I had to make a new account because I can't access my old one and after checking the armory i couldn't find any of my characters. I wrote an e-mail to [email protected] but haven't got a response. Since I have spent real money on this game i'd love it if i get my account back. I feel very offended.

Have you tried https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve ?
Also, cause you haven't logged in for a while, your characters would of been flagged for a name change, so you wont see them in armory/ elsewhere until you log in the game.

I tried but I don't remember the e-mail. I hope they can find it some way through my username.
