WotLK Rituals of the New Moon

I'm nearly full inscription, and akisrecipe says one of the last recipes are rituals of the new moon, they drop off silverbrook villagers in grizzly hills, but as alliance they are friendly by default, do i need to change to horde and back to get this recipe?
