Burning Crusade No mobs or Npcs in Shadowmoon

I do not know if there has already been made a topic on this but i will make one anyways just in case.
On the outlands realm, there is no mobs/npcs or anything, the entire area is empty and has been so for at least an entire day im not sure if longer.
i dont know what causes this problem but it is really frustrating when you want to level in that area or say buy your flying mount and skills when the entire city is empty for npcs and there is no single mob on the map.
