I think we might need a restart or something on Outland... there's no npc' or creeps in Shadowmoon Valley.

Yep, confirming there's nobody there, could we hope for a fix asap? people need the fly trainer

posted several times and made ingame ticket aswell and contacted support seems no one cares for a server restart
