Realms transfer of characters from realm to realm

In shop, there must be an option to switch realms or expansions...for example (transferring or copying characters from frostwolf realm to icecrown realm or any other realms). Many othere private servers do have this option enabled..i wish warmane enables it too....would be more fun playing.
The reason why iam suggesting this because currently frostwolf has very low population and its hard to play alone in this realm.....i wonder how we can transfer characters which are geared to play on wotlk icecrown realms.

Pls kindly i request the community to take some actions regarding this post.
