when i try donation he say : We were unable to authorize your card . I call my bank and he say not problem in bank

I try report in https://www.warmane.com/account/support

but only i can make ticket for ban not donation problem

It's most likely Paymentwalls fraud detection system. You have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
