Hello Staff,

I recently bought a character via the trade sys. and it had 450 on JWC and Leatherworking . As soon as I log in the spellbook was missing both proff icons however i do have the skills. The main selling point of the character was those two professions.
Also I somehow do not have flight form (travel form) even though my riding is maxed out .
Please advise on how this can be resolved it is really an inconvenience to buy something and not be able to use it .
