What are the easiest daggers to obtain at 80?

There's 239ilvl for vote points, but other than that Frozen Halls trash drops 1.4 232 dagger, easy to get. 1.8 idk, if there isn't one in TOC5/hc then there must be one in frozen halls dungeons.

1.8, ony 10, but it has no stats, only proc.
