WotLK i wanna back up my deleted characters

Hello i would like to restore my Characters Realm lordaeron my paladin and Dk i've been playing since launch of the server and i've deleteeed my charaters Year ago cause i've joined army i thought i'm not going back play again,
i would appreciated if you help restore my chars since i didnt use the back up files :"(

Deleted character's are only stored for 30 days.

I will never understand why anyone would chose to delete characters over just having them sit there unused. I still have 50characters on my old blizzard account I didn't touch since 2 years and probably never will again
