    Authoriazion code always has expired! HELP!

    PLEASE HELP!

    My friends Authoriazion code has always expired even if he just got it. He has tried this for a few days nog and every time he fills in the new code from the mailbox it says that is has expired and he cant acces his account. Is there anyway to get in contact with gm? What shall he do?
